I'm a little confused This book had it's funny moments but at the same time I wasn't uite sure about a lot of it Is Julian really a First Officer Then do his parents know Or is he a kid with an overactive imagination What's going onAnd the art style really wasn't to my taste It's uite scribbly Is that a word And then with only minimal colors and no shading There's a lot of story detail that was lost I think that a little detailed art style would have clarifiedIt's not uite a graphic novel but still very heavily illustrated I'd recommend it for fans of the Captain Underpants and Stickdog series of books the early to intermediate readers Not for stronger readers I think could probably read it in 30 minutes or less
