Tales from the Crypt #8Sessed by an evil entity There's also the trenchant tale of teen love involving a girl and a vampire Dielite and the riotous return of the ever doomed Thomas Donnelly in his most bizarre tale y. I'm not going to go into too much detail here but I think this book would have been much better if there would have been about what was actually listed as the title of the book I was really looking forward to reading about the stinky dead kid but there wasn't much to read about this whole thing There were two other color comics included in the book which eualed or surpassed the amount of stinky dead kid material so I was a bit miffed that I purchased the book The Dielite comic was humorous but the second comic was pretty lame I just wish I would not have spent the money on this book This was a Halloween purchase I love this time of year I always try to get some new Halloween material every yearbut I will think twice before buying any other Tales from the Crypt books

Tales from the Crypt #8 Diary of a Stinky Dead Kid was another random read I found while getting lost in the library I have vol 1 on my wishlist but my branch did not so I made it work lol I'm happy I gave this a try because I think I got the tone of the series now Something I found important considering I'm not rich nor into return books lol I digress The stories read like middle grade texts but the language and art definitely were YA I wasn't wowed by anything in the book but wasn't completely put off by anything either Will I buy vol 1 Probably not Will I look for other volumes at my local branch Maybe It really depends on my mood given the fact that I could've done without this installment Additional Notes TW for body horror
